At the end of the production line, the seeds are stored in the two containers separated by size, clean and ready for use.

Description
The MS Seeds 500 is designed to carry out the entire process of shelling, cleaning and sizing. The intervention of the operator is necessary in the initial phase for the intro-duction of cannabis into the sheller and in the second phase to regulate it according to the variety to be processed and the conditions of the raw material.
The purpose of the ventilation system is to clean the seeds from any plant material and the worm shaft conveys the seeds through the barrel. Both actions are in operation in the different phases.
Phase #1. Introducing the raw material and deseeding
The inserted cannabis flowers must alwas be fully dry. Once inserted into the MS Seeds 500 deseeder, they are processed by the deseeding system. This consists of a stailess steel grid and joints made of food-quality silicone. Both components are
certified for compliance with GMP requirements.
Phase #2. Cleaning the seeds and flowers
Separation of the seeds is carried out with adjustable ventilation power and adjustable suction flow. The controls can be regulated to adapt the MS Seeds 500 deseeder to process any type of cannabis variety and seed size.
In the separation phase, the plant material is separated by means of a ventilation system. These flowers are stored in the cyclone filter tank without
suffering any damage.
Phase #3. Separation by size
In the last phase of the production line, the seeds are driven through a stainless steel barrel with multiple perforations of different diameters. These classify the seeds into two sides and deposit them in different trays according to their size. The MS Seeds 500 deseeder finishes the process with a final plant material screen to leave the seeds completely clean.
