The MT Tumbler 500 MED has the most advanced technology for trimming medicinal cannabis.

The design, materials and finishes entirely in stainless steel are suitable for producers who must meet the most demanding cGMP requirements.

Complies with EC 2023/2006, EC 1935/2004 regulations on good manufacturing practices for the manufacture of materials that are in contact with foods and EC directives 2006/42/CE y 2014/30/UE.

STAINLESS STEEL

GMP Compliant

All the parts of the trimmer through which the product passes or has contact is made entirely of stainless steel. This is also the material used for other parts such as the top cover, handles and screws, etc. All parts are certified for food use.

FRESH OR DRY TRIMMING

The design enables trimming fresh and dry by simply changing the barrel. This can be performed in seconds and without the need for tools. The MT Tumbler 500 MED includes the barrel required to work the fresh product by default. If you need both drums or just the drum for dry trimming you must specify this when ordering the machine.

SAFETY SYSTEM

The MT Tumbler 500 MED has a safety system that always ensures operator protection. The design includes double safety detectors: on the top cover and the side cover. The integrated detectors force a total stop of the machine if the Tumbler is opened during its operation, avoiding a possible work accident due to misuse. The cannabis trimmer also includes an emergency stop located at the top for a quick machine stop.

WATER RESISTANT

Basic maintenance of the trimmer takes a maximum of 10 minutes without the need for tools. All parts of the MT Tumbler 500 MED are water-resistant. Therefore, full cleaning of the machine with pressurized hot water can be carried out with complete peace of mind followed by subsequent disinfection with Master Clean in its entirety.

CONVEYOR BELTS

Input & Output

Adding the input conveyor belt enables automation and an increase of performance of the Tumbler models, achieving up to 30% higher production.

Adding the exit belt provides a convenient system for quality control when used with the speed controller. The belts enable identification of damaged flowers and/or trimming failure.

Both belts are certified for food use.
